I just wanted to let you know that I think you did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets a few weeks ago. I have used many cleaning companies in the past, some charged a little and some charged a lot and they all did about the same job, and did not have the great customer service that you provided. I was very happy to see your cute little booties as I am a bit picky and these assured me that the carpet you were cleaning would indeed stay clean. I also appreciated the corner guards you put in place on the wall corners so that the hose from your machine did not damage my walls. Other companies did not use these and scuffed the walls heading up the stairs. And then you vacummed the carpets before you even started the steam process! Very impressive. Nobody has ever provided that service, they told me to make sure the carpets were vacummed. So overall I think you were very professional, very diligent and made my carpets look fabulous. I have no probem recommending your services and in fact I would be proud to. Thanks again for a job well done.
